I found out yesterday, from a call to Seat CS, that I also have a build week 11.
I signed the paperwork on the 2nd Feb but then asked to up-spec the engine to 184PSI a week later (which I am told means a new order has to be placed).
No mention of yet as to the spare-wheel issue that Excalpino mentioned but thanks for the heads-up I will be making phone calls as time ticks on.
Be interested to see how long it takes from completion of build to arriving at the dealer, hopefully it will be here sometime around week 15.

Couldn't resist it, went and had a peek at my new car. Glad to say no paint swirl marks. Would upload some picks, can't believe I'm saying this, but it was to sunny.

Order form signed on 1 Feb. SEAT Customer Services have just confirmed that it has been accepted into the production schedule with a provisional build week commencing 10 March (week 11).

Also confirmed build week 11. Should be arriving 4-6 weeks after that.

Mine was built on the 7th Feb, misse the 10th Feb boat, was meant to go on the 17th Feb one but that was delayed due to tech problems, so now is going out tomorrow and arriving on the 28th. So, I won't get it for Mar 1st and will no doubt get it a week later - bugger!

Hopefully my car will make it on board as well.
Glad to see your post. The other half was accusing me of extreme sadness checking ship movements, so it was relieving to see evidence of a like minded soul.

So once the car is built are you then able to obtain access to tracking info for shipping etc or is it a case of pestering the dealer/customer services to check for you?

Yeoo!

Emailed my dealer about ten minutes ago (obviously not expecting a response until tomorrow), to see if there might be any change to my week 10 build date (car ordered 31/01/14). Very surprisingly, he emailed back within five minutes to say he'd been looking at the orders on Friday and noticed mine had been moved to a week 9 build!

*fingers crossed* Hopefully this bodes well for the rest of you week 10 people :)

Perth, - still in the UK :-)
Received from my dealer this morning - I never knew a week could go so slowly!

"Good morning,
Just a short note to say that while I was off last week the build status of
your car changed from estimated week 11 build to confirmed build week 11.

Seat have advised us that they will be pulling out all the stops to deliver
vehicles to us during March for build weeks 9 and 10, but no word on week 11
as yet.
I will keep you up to date with any changes.
Kind Regards
Ken"

MONDAY FEB 24th.
Not been told any build date information yet (ordered Jan 17th)- Dealer promised last week to phone me today with news - didn't - so I phoned him - busy, would call back - didn't - 2 emails ignored over past 2 weeks on other matters - no replies - hmmmm.
Still, it's not as if I'm spending thousands of pounds with them or anything is it?
