Hello All

Does anyone got any experience with those two tyres ? Just need to replace mine and as much as I would like to buy PS4 just trying to find cheaper alternative for normal city driving ...

Many thanks in advance for any help.

Had a couple of sets of the RS3s, just fitted another, can’t remember the mileage but I’m more concerned about the grip, more than happy with them.

I've got no experience with these, nor have I any references to anywhere that's says anything bad about them. However, to throw a spanner in the works, I've just opted for the Goodyear SuperSports, which cost £452 for all 4 fitted from Costco. They're supposed to be on par with the PS4S's and so far I can't really see any difference in the two. It's a decent cost compared to the £700 PS4S's.

Blackcircle have a 10% code today.

You can get x4 PS4S’s fitted for £547 today !!

I’m tempted as my Conti 5ps are a bit noisy.... but don’t think I can justify the price as my car is only a month old.

You don’t say what size you want, I got 2.x 205/45/17 RS3s from Demon Tweeks for circa £116, so £240 ish for 4.

Size i need is 235/35/19 ... I can get 4 for £270 so don't think any other worth to have tyre can be found cheaper...

From reading online Falken got surprisingly good reviews and come as recommended in various tests ...

I think I made my mind I got probably 2k left in my tyres so another couple of months and they would have to go, I would get those Falkens now as offer like this may not be there in two months.

I've had several sets of rs3's and for the money not much can touch them good grip in the dry great in the wet and they would last approximately 10 to 12,000 miles on the front.
I cannot comment on fk510 but I did have some fk452's they were on a par in the dry not as good in the wet and they only lasted approximately 9,000 miles.
These were on an astra Sri not a Leon.
The only problem with rs3's are they are a bit noisy

I had RS3’s on my S3 and I found they made the car feel like it was floating/bit unstable at higher speed... not sure if this is down to a soft side wall or something... otherwise they were pretty decent
