my engine mount fell out the other day and the engine management light came on, pluged it in and these faults came up. The car seems slower and sometimes wont start unless you press the throttle before you turn the key?? any ideas cheers

Those fault codes relate to the following:

16725 P0341 Camshaft Pos.Sensor Circ Range/Performance

17748 P1340 Crankshaft-/Camshaft Pos.Sens.Signals Out of Sequence

Have you checked wiring to the sensor ? Engine movement with broken mount would be excessive and probably pulled other stuff about

cheers mate, ive had a look at the wiring, it seems all alright on the sensor. it might of effected it further down. it runs wank now and it seriously overfueling. would this cause it? because it was fine before.

Can anyone give me the part number i need? because ive phoned the local seat dealer and told them the fault code and they couldnt give me a part. They say theres no such thing as a camshaft sensor?? They said it could possibly be a knocking sensor
