fault code 17536 p1128.(what could it be then)

got the car checked todayand had this 17536 P1128 Long Term Fuel Trim mult.,Bank1 System too Lean garage sorted a few leads so they say and erased the fault only to drive 5 miles and it's on again anyone any idea whats wrong with my car.

had a quick search and appears that one is a sigh of a dead lambda probe , pre CAT i think too

EDIT or indeed a MAF or airleak

i had this message, checked all hoses etc and found a hole in my ic pipe, got it fixed and havnt had it since

have a nosey around your engine mate at ALL the pipes checking for leaks
