i was going to go for a Induction air filter.

remove air box completly and attatch the silicone piping over the thottle body. drilled air box is better.

airbox needs to come out mate and the inlet pipe that goes to your inlet manifold attatches to the filter, is the filter specially for your car or is it a universal one?

i was going to go for a Induction air filter.

I had the K&N 57i kit on my 1.4 and apart from it sounding nice it didn't do much else. A nice whistling sound and a bit more throat but not much else. It also take in all the engine heat because you have to remove the black plastic airbox.

I dont see what would be wrong with the drilled airbox if ya use a 2mm bit!!

well i've just checked my current Air Filter and think i know the cause of my lack of power.
Its f**ked.

Went to Halfrauds, they are out of air filters for my car .

Gonna check if my 1liter mk3 ibiza filter will fit.

Ive got an induction kit to fit to mine. Ive made it custom with silicone/alloy pipe so the filter is right down to the front of the engine bay, away from any heat.
