Ok now changed to my old standard maf element. Still got major misfires anywhere near or over 3K revs.

Changed to new Genuine coils (the other day)
Spark plugs to new NGK BKR7E's (the other day)
Pre-cat Genuine lambda sensor (maybe a week or so before serious misfire problems)
Changed LCR maf element to Ibiza maf element (today)
Back to 3Bar FPR (the other day)

My car was just Idling earlier after I got back in from a drive with the other element fitted, had black smoke coming out the back, and stinking of fuel, so its still overfuelling.

Took plugs back out today after about 15 miles of use, and they are BLACK with soot. I've checked the gap on them with new feeler gauges, and they are a 0.7mm gap.

Scrapped the paint off the rocker where earth is for coill pack loom + Cleaned the plugs up and been another run, misfires once its up to temp. I did a MAF log with my mate on measuring block 003 and a lambda log on 031. Then a Inlet temp/lambda log on 118 and 032 till i had to back off with serious misfires at around 4k this time.

Can someone look at these logs and tell me if you think my lambda is away again (as overfulling previously could have killed it) MAF logs look as if its ok to me.

I can e-mail them to whoever can help me, or how do I upload them photobucket won't host them?

Appreciate all the help so far, car is getting better, just need a little more help to get to the bottom of the ON boost WOT misfires.

Cheers, Scott.

How do i do that? I tried to put them on photobucket but it would'nt work. Can I send you them via e-mail or is there another way to get them on here for people to view?

E-mailed logs Alex.

Just had an Idea.

Any way I can check if my standard 7yr old in-tank pump is struggling to send fuel up to the walbro in the engine bay?

I did have a fuel trim: bank 1 too lean, fault code the other day.

No code this time no. Front sensor is the one that controls fuelling, no? Which I've already replaced (don't have a cat) so would the rear lambda actually do anything with fuelling? maybe the overfulling at extra bar of fuel pressure killed my new front sensor.

Alex looked at my logs and reckons thats what is faulty. Could it have a bad connection just?

Why else would it throw up a lean code when its clearly over fuelling, must be a sensor.

Yeh genuine, should I try replacing the rear one too? Weird no codes for them right enough.

The car runs rough when warm and revs hunt on idle.

The lambda is showing 0 volts making it think its lean as fook so its chucking in loads of fuel. On the stage 3 map the 2nd lambda is simulated.

Ok mate, thanks. I will change both Lambda sensors then, and set up the boost properly with MBC till I can get apexi.
