yes mate you will , cost about £10 from halfords or you can pick them up on ebay , not sure on the iso adaptor just compare the SEAT lead to the sony 1 , all manufacturers supply different areil leads.
should have posted I fitted it the other day all you need is to swap the live feeds over on the Sony wiring and buy an amplified aerial adapter and hey presto it works
