fitting front centre arm rest

my SE leon has no centre arm rest.

is it possible to fit one? and how easy?

it was really easy in my bora, just wondering if this is any different

btw this fitting guide is for the OEM armrest you can also buy cheaper and easier to fit ones off ebay but they just don't look the part!
