Fitting my Jetex Filter

Hey

Guys right all my stuff came this morning Filter, silicon elbow and alloy joiner.

Just a quick question does the silicon pipe need cutting down?

Any any other things I should know of? or is it just a case of take old filter box out

Hi Dougy, yes it does, you will need to cut the elbow pipe each end, how much is up to you, just do a small bit at a time and keep checking how it sizes up in the car.

Take old filter box out, pipe on end of MAF, jubilee clip, joiner in other end of pipe, couple of jubilee's, filter in joiner, jubilee clip.

Job done, enjoy

Take your time, and you can do it in about 30-45 mins.

What do you stick on the end of the pipe that used to plug into the old filter box the flexible one?

A breather filter, or as a temporary measure some tights will do.

Or just remove the SAI pump and be done with it
