Fitting tow bar (in particular, electrics)

Has anyone fitted a tow bar to their Leon themselves? Having spoken to dealers and a couple of other people, SEAT are apparently 'between manufacturers' so aren't supplying tow bars at the moment. Witter do a good tow bar for the Leon so I'll be going with that.

I notice that SEAT sell an electrics kit and was wondering whether there is already a plug to tap into or whether you just use the normal scotchlock to the loom technique. Obviuosly if there's a plug already there I'd buy the SEAT kit for it.

hi,i had a cupra tdi leon and had to fit the seat wiring kit or else the car kept blowing fuses.part of the kit was a new hazard light switch??
