flat spot... with vcds log..experience please..

hi guys n gals,

i have recently noticed a 'flat' spot as the car pulls past 5k rpm. i done some logging tonight, and can see an obvious flucuation of the maf readings and injector readings... looking at this log its a little down on maf readings compared to a while ago.. but its done 137k mileage so im not too bothered by that..
i can run more logs if required.

if anyone could help with any suggestions as to what is causing these changes in numbers it would be most helpful... just say if you'd like anymore data.

logs done in 3rd as i struggle for a long enough piece of private road for anything more...

your injectors are beyond max'd out on that log...

stick your rpms and injector ms into there to see>> http://www.stealth316.com/2-calc-idc.htm

I predict lean as fcuk after then.... Your 5160rpm has 27ms which is 116% injector duty cycle...
Wideband afr on there to confirm and I would be checking fuel pressure follows boost and not sagging like a lot of ibiza's do at this age.

Max'd out? It's a k03 on a stg1 revo map,running a 4 bar regulator. Should the injectors not be sufficient?

I guess the only consolation is it rarely sees 5k rpm as the wee biscuit sized k03 stops pulling as hard and I tend to short shift back in to the boost curve..

I recently changed the pump for a 4 bar s3 item. As the old std unit was very noisy and took close to 2 seconds to prime on ign on. I'll try get hold of the equipment to test the mentioned things...

If fuel pressure is ok, but its dipping lean what could be the cause?
