Fluorescent FR Door badge

Hi guys, the FR door badge on the driver side no longer lights up, from my understanding these are fluorescent and should therefore not fail as there is no LED there or anything, or am I wrong?
Please help as I don’t want to be calling up the local seat garage to get this replaced under warranty

No, these are illuminated via LED. There is a plug inboard halfway along the length on the door sill, connected to the loom just under the plastic internal trim.

What you reckon then, get it fixed myself or call local seat Garage and get it fixed under warranty?

If car is under 3 years old i would go to Main Dealer

Yeah just over two years old, disappointed the light has died so soon
