so then a single pass inter cooler seems ok but how many connects will need welding into the boost pipes? i know theres a sensor with a funny diamond shape plug near the inlet. Can you buy a pipe with this connection already in place? were else and how many other connections need plumbing in. pics / guides anything

Custom made out of universal parts . Didn't want to change the main charge pipe position hence the twinpass

A twinpass will be more than adaquate for a ko3s so I'm sure I will see better power figures. Because before my intake temps were up in the 70s

Oh and if you wonder why the pipes are as they are. Hot side on top and the cold on the bottom. It means that the hot air doesn't soak through the whole cooler so much when going slower.

No FMIC will add BHP on an LC, but it helps reduce the amount of bhp lost when pushing it as the temps creep up.
