Sam,

nice work mate. thing is, you have put me off a little from doing mine when you mentioned the bumper was a pita to remove !
i have searched but havent found a guide for removing the facelift front bumper, guess there all the same.
if you could tell me where to look for the 100's of nuts/screws then that'd be great.

my bro has put a AH Fabrications intercooler on his S3 and it feels so much better

his car too feel more responsive than before, he paid £265 for the cooler and rest of pipework etc from ebay. i think his final cost came to approx £320.

looks great, do you have pics of where the hoses supplied join to original?
i haave a massive cooler from my fiesta turbo that was never fitted, may put it to use, would be good to know which hoses from their odds stuff fit as you could kit it yourself with any cooler you liked
mine looks deep and larger but looks like theres space on your pics

many thanks if you have any pics of where new parts terminate

doesnt matter, aftermarket fmic's are generally basically the same layout of 1 out per tank, fords have outlets top and bottom as std, this had the provision of a t3, reversed charge carrier and made up short pipework so no lag
im just interested in where the kit starts and finishes
the origin of where i go the cooler doesnt matter, the complete lower valance was removed to fit along with bumper supports and an alloy mid fit rad too
