Forge Short Shifter

Just investigating on fitting one this Spring & yes I've done a search ........I presume this makes changing gear slicker/faster ?

Are they easy to fit or has there been any guides on here where I can be pointed towards ?

i thought it was mainly for the 6th gear ? so it would not be a whole lot of movement to get it in 6th ?

When set at middle position, it reduces shifter throw from ~15cm/6in to ~10cm/4in, not big deal and not enough to warrant the 138 EUR I've paid for it

Wouldn't be without a short shift.

Would never go back to not having one.

I have mine set at the shortest setting. No problems and makes the car far nicer to drive.
