Formentor front suspension (DCC) noise or clunks over speed bumps identified

Just an update to say they have now booked the car in on the 17th March to have both front Shocks and Top Mounts replaced under warranty (at last lol) will keep you updated afterwards.

Do you know what the TPI number for this is please as my useless dealer over here in Ireland can’t find it so have just greased them and obviously made no difference.
Or have you any correspondence from your dealer that I could agree with them to try get mine fixed

Hi , my dealership never replaced mine stating they where aware of the problem but had no current fix which was rubbish and why I ended up replacing mine with the kw plug and play coilovers which ended up being fantastic but never planned , another member recently had his replaced using a different part number so its definitely possible, good luck.

Yea those kw’s are a special upgrade and I’d love to do them. Thick end of 2 grand tho. I’d have been better off buying an arteon for less money and fitting the kw’s and could have mapped it too hey ho.

Just over 3k fitted lol......its a joke alright but thats warranty for you.....they seem like family when your buying and a stranger when you need something done afterwards....
