Most likely at work
looking great.only wee problem is the scroll bar along the way,it woulld be graet if the site could fit on screen without a horizontal scroll bar needed.im usually checking this place out on my phone/crappy pc at work so its a bit of a nuisance

just got home now, so not going through no daft work internet settings which blocks most things

noticed the site is slower than it used to be (alot more graphics etc to download per page i presume) its like it hesitates after you click something before its viewable

but no biggy, still VERY usable and i still like :)

Lots of things to look at, I'll keep myself busy looking at this

useful constructive criticism appreciated. constant moaning isn't

I have a strict work ethic, and don't browse @ work - and I suggest that if people are having comments made, perhaps it's time to look at webusage (or turn images off ;))

liking the new look! :D

liking the search bar top right, maybe a bit bigger, although no matter how big you made it some people still wouldn't use it

it's all down to resolution (but must be lower than 1024?) unless you run the taskbar on the side?

mines 1400 x 1050 and all fine and dandy here, looking very good infact

i think users with 1024 x 768 and above will be fine, anything under will have a scroll bar at bottom to scroll across the webpage (didnt realise people still ran resolutions below this these days??) but that will be on any webpage, not just this website, and nothing at all to do with the websites in general.

like i said before, good work admins on the upgrade, a job well done me thinks :)

Not true as I'm running 1280x800 on my macbook and I've got scroll bars on the bottom here. It's a bug in the coding and will be fixed at some point as it's just an annoyance, rather than a major show stopper.

The new features are good and easy to use. However I always used to think that the old SCN layout look quite slick and professional compared to other forums. Perhaps if some of the symbols such as the 'online/offline' and the main banner at the top were smarted up a bit it might look more sharp :) just a thought, I don't mean to knock it at all as a lot of hard work must have gone into it.

Overall the site seems a lot faster and I don't have to keep enlarging my window to see the entire page

weird..

I don't have that issue

Firefox seems to give a different issue to Safari though. In Safari it puts the notices directly after the header instead of on the line below. With Firefox it just seems to put scroll bars in.
