Hey chaps,

the car decided it needs its 2nd service. Anyone know what it actually needs on this one? And any ideas on prices from dealers?

Am I also right to assume that it needs to go to a main dealer for me to keep my warranty as it is less than 2 years old and had it from brand new?

Cheers

hey spyke I'm in Manchester.

checked the book and brake fluid is on the list:( calls for quotes will take place tomorrow:(

Well after a bit of shopping around the prices I got quoted ranged from £141 including brake fluid change up to £212!!!!!

I have decided to go with Pennine as I have only heard good things about them, plus they are new and could probably do with some support.

Hopefully the service will be good but i'll give you my feedback next week

I was quoted by awesome but unfortunately they were quiet more expensive than the dealer.

The oil arrived this morning as well!!! Motul 8100 fully synthetic, got it from opieoils. Superb service and advise if any1 wants to use them.

They would've been as expensive for me too but I went through Sarah (via SCC) and they were comfortably cheaper once the negotiations were complete....;)

If anyone would like a quote for a service at the moment it would be worth checking out our discount that we have just now.
We have 15% off some items at the moment.
There is also 15% off the labour too.
Hope this helps
Sarah

If you goto JBS, theres always about 4-5 people that will come to meet you, thats why i go there, cos i feel popular ;)

On a serious note though, i woulndt take my car anywhere else, theyre excellent and its a nice cross-pennine drive for you!
