what are the trye pressure supposed to be on a 2006 (facelift which has the new wheels) 1.9tdi FR?

how did i know someone would say that!!! Lost the manual so I ruled that one out!

Oddly enough I don't think it's listed in the manual.
Check the sticker inside the fuel cap cover.

For normal driving,
Front 2.3 bar or 33 psi
Rear 2.1 bar or 30 psi
Spare 2.5 bar or 36 psi

for the 17s its a bit lower than that, like front 30 rear 28, though those numbers are just a guess from my desk

nope it's defo 2.3/2.1 bar matey for 17's (fr tdi that is). i know it off by heart check my pressurs almost weekly

Pressures are based on the car weight etc anyway, rather than the wheels/tyres fitted :d so they shouldn't be any different when you fit different wheels/tyres

Mine are 32psi all around
