Front Fog Lights or Blanking Covers

Have 2 x holes where I believe front fog lights or blanking covers may have originally been on my 99 Vario Est. Assume previous owner removed them for some reason and never repalced.

Ideas where to find covers would be appreciated folks as 2 x holes is quite unsightly. TIA for any replies.

All - does anyone have the part number for these or a pic? Not certain if they are black, colour coded etc.
