The sigs the only one i've got atm lol.

Literally just finished it this morning, spent past week making pipes and trying to work out how the hell i was going to route it all.

To be honest, unless your set on having it as a single pass intercooler with the hoses either side like i was was, then its 10x easier to just have a twinpass with the hoses on the o/s

erm not as bad as it looks tbh.

Bare in mind its an early sport bumper so its got the wider mouth, just remove the foglights and all the grills and trim a bit of the lip off.

Any1 ever thought of mounting the intercooler on top of the engine like on a cooper s with a hood scoop put in? Or is that just too much hassle?

wouldnt have thought there would be enough space in the bay. some 4x4s also have them mounted on top of the engine too. doesnt make it much fun come service time.
also you cant mount such a large cooler on top of the engine where as behind the bumper you can.

Behind the bumper is a good place for it as it has the force of the air being pushed directly through it! If you have seen big turbo Imprezas they all have upgraded front mount coolers instead of the standard on top jobbies!
