front splitter fitment?

Hi,

Have just got my front splitter (lcr) to fit to my 1.4 sport ibiza (05 plate)

How do I fit it as it has come with no instructions obviously? what needs cutting etc?
it doesnt have any screws or anything, the part number is 1ML805903
