Front turn indicator bulbs

Has anyone tried to change one of these? Cos I can't.

Yes I have,

What is the problem exactly. The only thing to note is that the bulbs are something like PY21 bulbs where the bumps on the side of the bulb are at different levels rather than the more standard level bump bulbs.

Problems are twofold: first, firstly getting at them, my hands are too big. I have made a tool to turn the holder but it's still painfully awkward. Secondly, how much do you have to rotate the holder to be able to remove it?

I'm familiar with the bulbs, they are the same as on my previous car. Everything is working at present, but I would like to be able to change a bulb if I have to, without taking it to a dealer!
