Yes, I can tell you. See below:

Start by clicking the 'SEARCH' button. Then click 'advanced search'. Type in 'Fuel Filter' and click on 'Ibiza Mk2'. Then look for a promising thread. The info is there, and it's not hard to find.

Yep as flapper says at the top end of the fuel tank underneath, looks like a small tin can with a tube comin out either end. Before you take it off release the pressure from the system, do this by... removing the fuel pump relay (underneath fuses under steering wheel), its the bottom row far right NO.167. Turn your engine over. If it runs it will be only for a few seconds. Keep turning over til it wont start. Remove the clips on the filter so its hanging down, remove the tubes from either end, mine are just push on I think some are clipped on. There will be a small bit of petrol comes out so have a few old cloths or summat on the ground. Thats it, put the new filter in, there will be arrows marked on them, make sure the new one goes on the right way or you wont get any flow. Reattach the relay and start the engine.

Was going to get around to changing mine today but had a huge list, clean, polish and wax the Ibiza, remove wheels wash and polish them, bleed brakes and wash the passat lmao. But now it's time to get ready for a drink me thinks :)

Anyway not going to have any time to do this now till Wednesday evening (going to Center Gravity thursday morning and the ring on friday) Is there any problems that might occur, eg... need new clips etc....?? Or is it as easy as it looks, remove from bracket and unclip?

Thanks!

Abit of topic but what do you use to polish the wheels?

the same stuff I use to polish the car. It's just paint end of the day... find polished alloys are more smooth compared to a polished car and don't get dirty as easily lol

Anyone know about this filter :)

as long as the bracket comes undone ok then no worries

don't panic if it breaks as a good tie-wrap will keep it safe til new one arrives

well the bracket came off easy but the clips for the filter will not move! Ended up nearly breaking one because i thought it might need to pull the clip instead of pushin it. Gave up cause it was time for work and fitted a jumblee clip just to hold what was left together hehe.... couldn't pull it off or anything so hopefully it will hold. Till I sort it after germany now.
