Functional shark fin aerial

Hi all,

Will one of the functional shark fin aerials fit a mk1 leon.
The plan is to have it colour coded, might look well?

Are they any good, will radio reception be reduced by using one?

This definitley would work with my sat nav. The S2000 aerial looks good to me

I replaced my stock Leon aerial with an after market one and it sits too up right for my licking so i need a replacment rather than a new tip

How is the radio reception, did you notice any difference?

Was it a pain to fit?

Quite simple to fit, once you drop the headliner a bit at the back, unbolt and unplug the original base, bolt in the sharkfin, use an adapter to plug it into the lead. Reception is worse but not too bad, I don't really listen to the radio much so not that bothered.

Does yours have a booster rob? If not i will go for one and get the booster as i use the radio allot
