Garmin Car Info Help

Hi all,

Completely new here. Bought our son his first car yesterday (1.4 Toca) and we managed to get the PID all connected to his phone. However the car info and RPM/oil temperature gauge is failing to work and brings up zero stats. Has anyone has any issues with this before?

HI,

Had the same issue when my son got his. I got it working by cleaning all the contacts on the base of the unit, the cradle and back of the sat nav unit. make sure all the pins are free and spring up and the flat connectors don't have any corrosion on them.
