After looking through the site all morning I am yet to find someone who has successfully mounted a liquid type gauge or similar in the centre vents. I have a Cupra R so I can't mount it where the blank space is in the Cupra's (centre console). I also have a Nomad pillar gauge which is going to be holding Boost gauge and Oil pressure gauge.

I'm looking to get this kit:

http://www.zeitronix.com/Products/zt2/zt2.htm

Which has been described as being same size as a credit card but 1" deep - which will give you all a good idea about size.

Looking for suggestions as to where to mount the MFD display really - don't want to have a suction cup off the windscreen either....

Glove box isn't really an option either because I won't see it when driving. Don't want to put it in side dash vents either as they're good to clear the windows when cold/ condensated.

Pics appreciated.

Joe

just an idea but would it fit where the coin tray is by the center vent? i was going to fit a turbo timer in there and take out the coin tray.

which gauge are you getting ?the rectangular one or the new round one?
if you get the round you could mount it any where on the dash
just cut a hole with the correct holesaw and fit flush

Maybe fabricate a bracket / holder and mount it on the pillar trim?

Alex - I've bought the twin Nomad gauge holder so no room really...

Tom - It's the rectangular multi functional display.... had a quick look in the car today looks as if I may be able to get it the coin tray/ centre console poss fibre glass a tilted angle
