If a dealer has your car in and let's say it goes in with half a tank of fuel, but when you get it back the fuel light is on should you complain or is that the norm?
If it were me, and it when in for a small/medium job, or a service, i would complain. If the work did require loads of test drives, or they had it for ages then they probably didnt mean to take the p*ss. youll probably get a fuel voucher out of it.
If it was in for something minor they should not have jused that much fuel.
They may have been driving around in your car.
Can you remember your mileage?
Well the reason I asked... it happened last time I went in and the bloke in front of me was complaining about the same thing, but I didn't notice until I got half way home. Next time I'll be making a note and checking before I set off. They would kick off if the courtesy car I used came back with nothing in the tank.
THAT'S SAVAGE! I'm sure some people just fook about in customers cars my mpg is always way low when I get it back it's like... "take this for a test drive, oh and don't forget to beat it's brains out!" dealers honestly! I took a photo of the dash just incase this time I'll post before and after image when I get it back this afternoon.
