well as some of you know i purchased an item of the german ebay site.
as i was asking regarding sending money via bank transfer..

well i decided against sending bank transfer as my bank wanted £25 to do this , so i took the risk and changed some money to euros and sent them by special delivery to his address , not knowing if he would keep it or send the item , monday came and i received email saying he had received the money and that the item was on its way ..

well i get home from work today and there was a parcel at my doorstep , quite surprised that they turned up and it was so quick after he received the money

so here are my new lights , and well happy with them ..

just goes to show that there are some honest people out there, and has put a little faith for me in the horror storys you hear...

Nice. Very nice in fact. They suit that colour very well indeed. They really don't stand out or look out of place at all.

I'd remove the 'Leon' badge though, just to clean up the rear end;

I have utmost faith in ze Germans

Maybe because their government doesn't pay work-shy freeloaders to sponge off the state and make the rest of their money through drugs and scamming people

(I'm speculating here of course ... I have no idea about German politics) :p

Everyone I've dealt with on eBay.de has been polite, efficient ...... infact most of the stuff seems to cost less to post from Germany than good ol' RoyalMail charge to send items within our own little island :confused:

Yep, 'efficiency' is the word. Sending cash is a bit risky (and not something I would particularly recommend, just because if the goods were duff there's less comeback). However, I've always had a very speedy, honest and articulate response - and they have so much more of what we're after over there.
