Glove Box

Had bit of a problem with my glove box on my LCR last night, i put my face off in the glove box to go for a meal, came out and to find the door wont open! Dont know whether something is caught on the inside or its the workings of the lock.

Anyone had this problem and know away around it?

Yeah i had the same thing happen last week and it seemed like a problem with the lock. After five minutes of gentle persuasion i lost my rag and just smashed it with my fist and yanked the handle until it opened.

Be careful though as i almost ripped the handle off.

I had the opposite, my glove box door wouldn't shut... I solved it by gentle manipulation (ie bending) of the metal loop inside the top of the glove box that the catch locks on to. Take it off first though...
