I like the "xenon" sidelight bulbs. Looks pretty good.
But the question is that do they consume more energy than the standard lights?
(when I go out I usually leave them on beacuse I like how it looks)

It's on an industrail estate where i work. which is down the end of road that you would only go to go to the industrial estate itself! It's a great road cos as you can see, its like 1/4 mile straight and deserted!
I don't know how much more energy the sidelight bulbs use if they do!
they do look s**t hot though. they are EXTREMELY bright and much better than the LED crap. got through 2/3 sets of those!

Had to trim to flat end though as it was too boxy to fit in to push in plug. if that makes sense?

I was gonna mention the side lights ! they do look much better, and its convinced me to change mine so i ordered some but they come free with any purchase so bought some Phillips h7's n got the side lights free

WARNING!!!! before fitting side light bulbs, lift the bonnet, look at the size of your hand, and look at the TINY gap you have to get it through!!! you will curse and swear SOOOOOOOOOOOO much! If i were to do it again, it would be MUCH less painful (ripped my hand on the wing) and much quicker to take the bumper off and the light out! never known anything as difficult in my life!
you're right! changed all my bulbs! apart from indicators.
The hardest thing tbh was the little binky cover that goes over the sidelight and the indicators. getting it off is easy enough. get it back on...... thats different! I kept losing the metal clip that snaps on the cover to hold it in place!!! kept dropping onto the engine tray! :S
