got a reply in other thread about 1.8 being a bit stiff at first its done 1900 miles is it still running in or should it be losened off yet? or is there more to come form this car?

should be loosened up, it will get better the more miles you pile on, mine is up at 38000 miles now and is loosened up quite nicely

At 1200 miles I really believe I heard the engine note change on mine. Got a bit more throaty!! Mind you. It's just had it's first service with only 4600 miles on the clock!!

mines just had first service before i got it tomuch power for first i have found at the mo must be the slight damp on the roads or is it just like that?
