New outer rubber door seals fixed my '06 Toledo's wet window.
Dealer didnt give in too easily, but eventually after much argument surrendered to my constant insistence that they change the rubbers under warranty....problem solved.
I also got the line 'SEAT trying to design new type of door seal....'....crap....replacement with old-style rubbers did the trick.
Obviously some kind of manufacturing defect with the original rubbers on that door....porous rubber or something....i dunno, i didnt see the ones they took off.

Which rubber seals do you mean? I've already had the upper seals changed, but the water seems to get in via the lower seal, and then goes under the fwd edge of the glass! CAR IS CURRENTLY AT THE DEALERS, so it would help to know the answer before the next round "I think should be ok sir........":help:

That would seem to line up with what I've been seeing. I'll post the results of this dealer visit!
