Green filters storm

ive recently been running an open filter and it wasnt very good had no low down torque and couldnt hear engine for the sucking sound it made
the green pannel filter and smoothed air box is good for as much as the turbo can suck in 241bhp in my case

gaz have you ever considered the diesel airbox and maf housing? you can just! fit the forge tip over the housing!

no point for me really map would need tweaking wouldnt it? and blank off the vac nipple next to the maf i think, but if it worked might be worth considering just to help get little bit more air in

there isnt any vac nipple on the maf i got off of an tdi FR leon! only tweeks that where needed was to plasicweld shut the egr valve and put a dinky filter on the end of the cold start hose i should go and get some pics of my engine bay so you can see but im being lazy

no the vac nipple isnt off the maf its off the air box but that can be blanked off very easy

would need remapping again and it will cost you £80 for the standard cupra airbox and the maf i dont know(£50 with sensor scond hand) as that was donated to me but gaz i remember you saying that you where going to buy all the extras of a BT and then when you can afford it you where going to go the full WORX?

yea was going to might still do that as cars worth buger all now anyway so might gt it paid off them spend some nice money on it in year and a bit and go ihi. but we will see
