Grooved rear discs or not?

I have upgraded my front discs to 312mm, and am wondering if its worth putting drilled discs on the back? Even if its just for looks...

what you guys think?

I am starting to get a small lip on the back (and I mean small, and the car was MOTed on them couple of weeks back)

Oh yeah and I can get a set of spanking new discs (drilled!) and 4 pads for 35 quid new...

yeah even if its just for looks...

but I would have to change mine anyway sometime this year and could pick these up cheap as chips so figured why not
