hey, i've been a member on here for a while now but only starting to use the forum recently.
anyway here's my leon, probably not up to everyone tastes but haters are welcome to comment too
the car was started by a family friend about 4 years ago and then i took over in 2009
the car in 2009
so first of all i got the car detailed, set the suspension slightly different to suit myself better then i was off the ultimate car show larne
the car pretty much stayed like that for the next few months. I built a temporary sound system and added a few small touches like valve caps, stickers and such
then before the winter of 2010 it was off to coolnights motor show for a UV car display, the photos aren't great but the building looked so well in reality with all the lights switched off
so winter came and potholes destroyed my wheels, literally!
so the bent wheels where a good excuse for a refurb and new rubber. so in January with new paint and pirelli pzeros it was time for me to sort the stance out. the old tyres where 235/35 but this time i went for 215/35. This gave me some valuable clearance up and an extra 8mm lower and plenty of room for these out back
and here is the car as it sits now
few more wee things planed for the future but it'l be slow progress from here on
