Had The Cupra 2 Years Today!

Yes....2 Years ago to the date, I was picking up my sexy 156bhp X Plate Imperial Blue Ibiza Cupra from Letchworth SEAT...

What a fantastic time of ownership I have had, met some great people!! Asaide from one that I truly never wish to meet again...I'm glad I made the move to the SEAT side of life!

The car itself started out standard....

Then came Tints in April 05...along with Induction Kit, Door Pins and Rear spacers....

Then some TASTY Decals to replace Internal ones Ohh and REVO/Forge 007P in September 05

January 06 and onward, various boost gauges tried and fitted...

Feb 06 now and Milltek Cat Back Is On....

Then a Laguna FMIC to help with REVO stage II

FMIC Installation

Followed by DP & Race Cat, and some 17" wheels, toward the back end of 06

Beginning of '07 I had the old N249 bypass and cleaned the Engine bay up a bit...

..and hopefully this weekend will be the final bits... lowering her 30mm...

She has also had a few other bits done along the way FORGE TIP and a K03S...all helping her to reach an estimated 235bhp...

...Well.. thats all folks, and thanks for making this the best car I have ever owned

(...and thanks for emptying my bank account too... )....Actually saying that... I have done all of my mods for around £2000... only things that were brand new was REVO, Tints, Milltek Cat back...rest was all budget/2nd hand....quite pleased with how she has turned out considering

Must admit, it went to dealer a couple of times (petrol cap/clutch cable) but other than that, the occasional ignition coil and the turbo pipe after it had been disturbed is all I have had to deal with.

May go for a Leon Cupra soon, and pass the Ibiza onto Seli... but shhh don't tell her

doing all that on £2k is pretty impressive really, 235bph and it looks nice! Blue is in my opinion is the best colour for a cupra and the wheels go really well with it, see you are using my photoshopped picture too ! have you got your springs yet?
