handbrake light flashing and beeping

i started my car this afternoon and the handbrake light started flashing and beeping when i first turned car on. Any ideas as to what this is all about??

i get this every now and then and my brake fluid is ok, i also getting it if i was to hit a corner hard, if the TCS is on or off!

thank god for that, i thought there was something wrong with my car hopefully the break fluid is the problem

Brake fluid could just be low because your discs n pads maybe worn.

popped in my local garage at the weekend to query the above to find out ineed new disks n pads all round so might be worth checking them aswell peoplel.
