As the title suggests, has anybody on here lowered their NEW Cupra yet, if so what springs/shocks have you used, and do you have any pix??

Koni FSD's and Eibach Pro Kit here. Big improvement in ride / handling but not much lower. Coilovers could be on the cards...

thanks for info guys...
@djhorace - is the ride more hard on Sportlines than stock cupra springs?
@Revon - couldn't find ProKit for cupra in Eibach catalogue... can you advise about p/n? I like Koni/Eibach combo :)

I am also from Belgrade and I drive Leon Cupra too! Ride is better with Eibach springs, but the coilovers are the way to go... Pozdrav!

Will try to find out for you :)

I can find that for you, I am official importer for Eibach for our country since 1998... and for Motul oils also...

@Revon - tks man :)
@Milan - MASS Company? I buy oil from you for last 7 years... hoping to do that in future but guys from Porsche service don't like me bringing 300V (they threaten me with warranty loss) :-( unfortuneatly didn't have luck with Eiback for my Alfa and Opel last time... hope that I'll have better luck with Seat

Yes, Mass Company... I have bought my car from Porsche too, but I will do my oil changes at another place, they have only one good mehanic in there, others are :censored: You can bring your own oil with you, but it must have the proper VW norm for this engine, because of the warranty, but you dont want to use that oil... I use 300V also in all my cars... Next time find me when you come to us... Maybe I can arrange that you can take your own oil to Porsche, contact me next time!

Pretty weird really but the pro kits are harder than the stock springs with just a small drop, but the sportlines are softer despite lowering the car more. Side to side, the pro kits and sportlines look almost the same, so I guess the main difference iis if you want a lower car with a slightly softer ride get the Sportlines (stance is much nicer with sportlines), or if you want it marginally lower than stock (10-15mm) and a bit stiffer, get the pro kit.

thanks guys, i think that Sportline is smiling at me :)
@djhorace - i thought you drive Cupra... or is this 1.6 just a decoy or something? :)

I have both :)

The 1.6 is being used at the moment. I change my signature all the time :lol:
