head and side light bulbs

hi guys


what are the best headlight and sidelight bulbs to get.

i have only ever had standard bulbs.

is it best to stick with standard or go for something different like the pure white light.

Aright bud.

Standard are boring!!

Iam looking to get same as you within a week. I decided to go for 5000k which is a nice white light and on ebay they are some kits with anti glare bulbs which makes the output of the light look more genuine.

Sidelight would have to be white to match, on ebay loadssss of lights.

what do people think about the coloured sidelights and r they legal

Yh ebay theres loads lol. I used to have 8000k but i think they are way to bright where as the white ones look more genuine.

To be honest if pigs are on a mood they can pull you over for them. Also I don't think they pass MOT.

Ive had white ones previously, touch wood no problems from anyone.

when ive looked on ebay just about all the bulbs r blue in colour but say white headlight bulb. ami being thick and they r white its just the colour of the bulb to get the white light.

I think its just colour of bulb matey. Any problems with ebay luckily so can return so nothing to loose.

They "original" colour of the bulb would be yellow, by adding blue (via the glass) the light becomes more "white".
