Head Unit Conectors Mk3 Ibiza

Head Unit Installed in Centre Console Mk3 Ibiza

I'm currently in the middle of putting my own head unit in the centre console of my Ibiza Mk3 (Its only a 1.4 btw).
It's quite a mission and abit fiddly but going well. Just want to know about conectors.
Can I simply buy conectors to go from original wires to my new head unit?? I read somewhere that a separate power cable is needed to go to the battery???
Any help would be great.
Will try and get some pics on here once its finished.

Ive just installed mine in the centre console.. works a treat. Will try to post up some pics in a lil while.

Luckily for me, I had the power cables made up - which is the ISO block which was extended to still operate the original stereo (incl AC box) and have a longer cable to pass thru to the new stereo.
