I got a pvc thick board (black glossy finish) and asked a local store do cut a frame (previously measured by me). That went well. For radio remover keys I just used my girlfriend's nails scratcher lime. :p

? fair enough mate. Did it damage the radio using them nail scratchers as I’m most likely gonna sell my curpa all original since it’s only on 70k miles so I don’t wanna damage the original stereo

No, it went very well. The scratchers have various sizes. "Mine" were perfect size, thin metal barely touch the surround. Just slide it easy and gentle.
