Headlamp Washers - Where is the fuse?

I've seen a couple of posts about this, but none which answer my particular question. Does anyone know where the actual fuse for the headlamp washers is? Friend of mine can't get his headlamp washers working but for the life of us we can't find out where the actual fuse for it is?! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might need to let us know the exact build date of that car and which version it is before anyone can give you an accurate answer.

If that car is quite old, then it might be the headlight washer pump that has failed, has he checked its supply lead for power? That is the first thing that I would do knowing that these rather expensive high pressure pumps do fail with age.
