heater problems!!!!

hi guys,

i recently heard a noise when putting on the blowers (hot or cold) its a really loud vibrating noise coming from behind the glovebox. Its so loud in fact that i cant put the heaters on through fear!!

does anyone know what this could be?? ive taken out the glovebox and the noise is coming from the blower unit itself! i don't know how to take it apart though!! can anyone help please??

sounds like you may have the fins breaking up on the blower motor. they tends to break off and rub
on the the blower motor housing causing you a loud noise and the vibrating.

did you find out how to do this as i have exactly the same problem?
