Ello all, thought i'd just register as i'm getting an Arosa on monday.

I'm 20 yr old male from south east england, currently driving a 1.4 VW Lupo, which passed its MOT last week but has alot of things that are starting to wear out and need replacing, so decided to just go for the Arosa, picking up a silver 1.0 S, only 2 yr old and 20k miles on the clock and i had a quick test drive in it and it seems pretty fresh (especially compared to the 8 yr old lupo)

Its pretty bog standard at the moment tho, and my mum will be using it too so i can't really sport it up too much.

I'm thinking about getting a decal for the rear windscreen tho, maybe Animal or Quicksilver or something in that area, can't seem to find much tho.

Welcome! Won't the 1.0 be considerably slower than your 1.4? Dieasel is the way to go for low running costs, only £35 a YEAR to tax! Congrats on your purchase tho!

well yea it will be slower, but i guess thats a good thing as im slightly mental when it comes to driving lol imn sure i'll still be able to rag the 1.0 about tho, insurance, tax, running cost will be cheaper too, and considering im only 20 its probably a good thing financially

yea things get silly when you get faster cars as im now finding out petrol tax insurance tyres then it all comes round again!!!!!!

Ello ello Nowt wrong with a 1.0 - they may not be fast, but they can handle pretty much anything! I love mine

lol well i dont have the car yet mate, but yea i can get to maidstone easily, i'd feel a bit out of place as ive not modded it up atall
