the saga continues
Hi all thankyou for your
help/comments, me and the wife went down yesterday to the
dealers and demanded an explanation

while not giving him a chance to come up for air, needless to say I think he was quite embarrassed to see us turn up unanounced shouting the odds while he had customers on the forecourt and in the showroom, the outcome is they say they have lost the keys but will supply a new key and fob but will need the car for a day, as for the
service history he is contacting all previous
dealers who serviced it prior to buying it to verify and have the book re-stamped if he can not get hold of the original, I am giving them a week from the time they take our car in to supply keys and
service history, already talked to trading standards who said the
garage is in breech of the sale of goods act 1979 if they can not provide these items, apart from this love the car, will try and post photos of the fr red and black leather interior, as
dealers had never seen this before and its not aftermarket either, hence why I don't want to get rid of the car as it has all the other extras apart from sat nav, a real beaut... cheers Rob...
