well whatever it is, looks like ur MAF is f00ked. I've not seen a MAF actually cause an error code, usually the readings from them are just very wrong/inaccurate, and it makes the car perform poorly, and so it gets replaced.
I'd ASSUME that getting an error code from it means its well and truely f00ked.
have you tried clearing the error codes, and checking them again a day or 2 later? Probably find they come straight back, meaning get it replaced PRONTO.
I'd also say that all 3 errors are linked to the MAF.
Hopefully someone else can confirm.
