Did anyone find out how you get the boat details? My car was built this week but Seat Eastbourne said they have no idea how to track it and that they don't know any details of what boat it is on...
I called my dealer told. Mine was build week 42. They told me its on the Aquarius Ace and had docked today. I think they can only tell you the ship it's on once the car is actually on it! Mine took a week from build week to getting on the slow boat from China (well Barcelona!)
If you get your order number from the dealer then call seat customer service direct they will tell you exactly where it is. I should've done that before I started this whole thread lol.
I called Seat Customer Services this morning to find out what boat it was on but they couldn't tell me because it has already arrived in the UK! Very exciting news. Just got to hope it now gets itself down to Eastbourne nice and quickly so I can get behind the wheel!
Dr Dash, have you got your car yet? Mine docked on the 30th October and it's still not here! Rand dealer, got the 5 day drive away insurance sorted but they reckon 23 November! 3 1/2 weeks for god sake from docking in the Port of Tyne.
Anyone else suffering

No I've not got it. The dealer hasn't bothered to tell me whether its at the dealership either, even if it was I'd not accept it.
I'm guessing that SEAT were delaying as many deliveries as possible until they could send out the letter which tries to limit their liabilities (don't sign it!) [There's another thread running on that topic, here it is].
A couple of online brokers appear to have pulled the 150ps 1.4 FR too?
