Help needed badly limp mode again!

Rite guys and girls i keep geting this same problam and my car keeps going in to limp mode. i have scaned my car with vag com but i allways get the problam back and i really need to get rid of them.

17965-charge pressure control deviation
17535

I have check the system for leaks but i cant find any any where!!
