Hi all,
I've just finished retrofitting rear LED lights on my low-spec SEAT Leon Mk3, but now I'm getting a "bulb out" warning on the dash. I've tried everything I can think of and I'm at a bit of a loss as to how to remove the message.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
  • Checked the wiring and connections
  • Attempted coding changes where possible
  • Even installed resistors to try and fool the system into thinking there's a bulb installed—but still no luck
I'm now wondering if I’ve missed something in the coding or adaptation settings. Would anyone happen to have an adaptation or coding log from a Leon Mk3 with factory LED rear lights that I could compare against?

Any help, guidance, or shared logs would be massively appreciated!

All sorted now bulb out messages are gone, but there is another part of the light I’m not happy with is when you push the brake the brake light comes on but also the triangle on the outer light also comes on but can’t figure how to turn that bit off.

Everything I did I found online I’ll try and refind the info and post it up. The coding was a pain as the info I found wasn’t 100% had to go in and find the correct coding myself. Didn’t take any picture as I wasn’t really thinking of documenting the info.

What coding tool were you using, if it was OBD11 then you only have to check your history to see what changes you made.
